Who we are

My name is Renee Craig, and I’m the founder of Higher Vision. I specialize in helping businesses strengthen their internal systems and processes to improve efficiency and sustainability. I believe that when systems run smoothly, work becomes more enjoyable and balanced.

I’ve worked in the functional medicine space since 2012, beginning in administrative support and growing into full-cycle revenue management. I am a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) through the AAPC, bringing both expertise and compliance-focused precision to my work.

I’ve called Bend, Oregon home since 2018. When I’m not at my computer, you’ll likely find me chasing my kids or spending time outdoors—sometimes both at the same time.
